Hello Duane. I looked at Kite Realty’s webpage at: http://kiterealty.com/portfolio/parkside-town-commons/ and it looks like it’s currently labeled for a “Field and Stream.”

Hello — Reading a recent N&O article on Parkside Town Commons it stated that the 330,000-square-foot second phase is to begin late this year. It will be anchored by Golf Galaxy, Frank Theatres CineBowl & Grill and an unnamed tenant focused on outdoor activities. With Gander Mt and now Bass Pro Shops not far away elsewhere in Cary/Morrisville, any idea of what they may be referring to with the “unnamed tenant focused on outdoor activities.” Maybe an LL Bean or similar?
